Greetings to all Community Members,

It is with grace that we share C.L.A.G. is now an autonomous Common Lore Assembly of the People.

The Community has spoken and actioned the acknowledgement that we are so much more than being bound to one association, one ideal, one path, one perspective, one way of receiving information. We are C.L.A.G.. We are our own Community and as such will continue to gather and participate in ideas and perspectives based on the foundation of Common Lore within our Community. We have an abundant choice of Mentors among us to gather knowledge from, to investigate, explore and experience. It is also time we recognise that Our Community is diverse, knowledgeable, eclectic, thriving with enthusiasm and powerful as a gathered resource.

As a Community, we come together every second Sunday to openly communicate in alignment with Community values and requests without prejudice. The purpose of each gathering is to share what is happening with and for our People and deliver education on a variety of topics. We also have barter systems, special interest groups, visitors, market stalls, outside gatherings and time to chat.

We encourage you to reconnect if you have not been to visit for a while. Our Sunday gatherings are held at the Nelson Reserve. Gympie’s beautiful public space. Please bring a chair, blanket or cushion for your comfort. If you have something you would like to add to the barter table, you are welcome to bring it along too.

A Gathering Summary will be emailed to the Community after each get together. However, there is great value in being part of the conversation both during and after on the day. This is where we establish the true sense of community. Connection between people over a cup of tea or coffee can not be underestimated. Our electronic devices are full of educational opportunities for us to engage in at any moment of desire. To gather strength by being in the presence of like-minded people is the foundation of our Community. It allows us to establish our human need to form relationships with others and find those that resonate with what we desire in our own existence.
